No no no... you guys have it all wrong. Haven't you seen that pole dancing is now a legitimate form of exercise? Sure, I disagree with that notion and think it's really just stripper training, but whole informercials have assured me I'm wrong- that normal, everyday (read- fat) women can trim their bodies down in literally decades by acting slutty and dancing on the pole!
Never mind eating right and exercise like walking/jogging, get on that pole and act like the filthy stripper inside you!
