"From the Beginning. A Journey of Non-Stop Array of Tangled Emotions. Till the End."

Thoughts & Feelings:

This is amazing and unique to its own way. It stays true to being, A Classic. For me, I have still yet to experience much of the anime world. I am still consider quite a fresh anime watcher. Yet, towards this particular anime, It has struck me hard on all aspects on how I view my path, life and the world itself.

-- What is Right? What is Wrong? Is there a Definite Answer? --
Yes, we can differentiate the corrupted. But, is there a definite answer to what is right or wrong? Sin? Justice? Lies? Truth? Peace?

Something that Code Geass, will bring to you.

Code Geass. Portrayed through War, Death, Ugliness of our Feelings, Fears, Sadness, Human Nature and Life, Desires, Anger, Lies. These tangles of our feelings and reactions comes from how we view, ideals, morals, livelihood and perceive what is around us. This is why it's unique as each of us will view it similarly or differently towards the story, characters, overall. It surprises me in all the ways, that it can connect to me personally to the extend on how I view the world, ideals, personalities and people around us.

Story:

The pace of how it went from the beginning till the end was beautifully written to trigger my feelings in all the right and wrong places. It was a continuous ride of non-stop emotions and tears. It was written really well, and it shows. The unexpected story twist, shifts of chaos and the unease of our feelings being played left and right continuously. It is a feeling that will never be forgotten. These very specific moments especially. It is called a classic for a reason. As well as being one of best endings in all anime history.

Art:

Since I am quite new to the anime world, I find this art the anime took was really fresh and exciting from the modern anime style I was used to from my starting days as a watcher current generation. I am found of artworks and drawings. This anime art is on the previous era where art in this form is superior. Which may not be seen much anymore with how this current generation of anime expectations of styles in demand and our technology advancing. I really liked the character design of Lelouch and C.C., V.V. As well as the artworks that was shown in the ending song. I appreciate the artworks quite a lot. You would say its quite bias of me in that sense. For me personally, It was a joy to experience this. In other point of view. Although its a previous era art form, It is still very good overall and acceptable to watchers in this generation.

Sound:

The most memorable are the voice actors, they were amazing in voicing these characters and bringing the best of these characters to the screen. I would say one of the very best voice actors I have heard based on my list of anime I have watched so far. The ones that stood out strongly for me is Lelouch and C.C. The Openings of Colors and World's End, as well as the Endings Songs are memorable as well. The OST may not be as memorable. There are only a little few that was memorable. Overall, it was nicely composed to fit with the anime style and moments very well. It does not feel out of place towards the scenes at all I would say.

Character:

The Character Development here is Astounding. It really took me by surprise. It was beautifully written and executed in the anime. From the beginning till the end. It is enriched into you, unexpectedly in the good and the bad, in the cruel ways, be it frustration or mix feelings of unease happiness and upmost sadness.
You really came to care for them, trying to understand them. No one is perfect, Everyone have flaws. Not just any flaws, flaws that may or may not hits you deeply as well. For me it did, it hit like a train wreck. Lelouch Lamperouge, A Masterpiece of a Character. Suzaku, Shirely, C.C., Rolo and many more. I can speak about each of them and how they have their own aspects that affect me on a deep level but that would be too long to be written here. I can conclude this, It was really something that will stay with me, having how at least one aspect of every character, hits me in one way or another.

Enjoyment & Overall:

It will be something I will never be able to forget. My feelings was tossed around in a mess. Unexpectedly and all at once without a stop button. It really got me good.
I really enjoyed watching Code Geass, especially how I felt every second of it. Some aspects that has taught me on a personal level as well. Yes, It is not a flawless anime. To be honest I would say, it has many flaws. Holes that can be easily drawn out. Despite that, It will stay in my heart as one of the best anime. It has open a new path of my perspective in anime in general and aspects of my life as well.

*EXTRA*

To those who read this till the end, I am very grateful! Thank You So Much!

This is my first review I have written. This anime really caught me, I can't help it. Which has led me to write my first review. I am deeply sorry if my review wasn't really well written or up to the standard of how a anime review should be. It also might come off as quite bias to oneself thoughts and feelings. I have a lot more experience I have yet to gain as well as a anime watcher~ UwU I will definitely improve on it along the way!

Once Again, Thank You So Much! ~\=^-^=/~
