Instagram Error - Account temp restricted

"We restrict certain activity to protect our community. Based on your use, this action will be unavailable for you until...." This is the second time that I rec'd this error message....my stories from people I follow are suppressed and other features not working. Its only a 1 day lock but anyone else get this error? Thx in advance.

They think you're a bot. If you are browsing through a lot of accounts very quickly on a regular basis, that is probably why.

I wonder if it’s browsing through the stories…there’s a lot of them.
